Giving Thanks
Thank you for your donations to our annual Walk & Move- a-thon. Together we raised $17,691! And
our Sockbin was overflowing with socks. We beat our goal, and together we donated over 1,940 pairs of socks! We couldn’t be more grateful for our amazing Marshall community. We hope everyone has a happy and healthy Thanksgiving break.
Happening in November!
Picture Day Make-Ups
Tuesday, 11/26, is Make-Up Picture Day. If your student was absent on Picture Day, they will automatically be added to the schedule. If you would like your student to do a retake, email Peter Collura at hi@iamacamera.net to have your student added to the list for make-ups.
Thanksgiving Break
Wednesday, 11/27, is a 4-hour day with a 12:53 pm dismissal. School is closed Thursday and Friday, 11/28 - 11/29. With gratitude to the indigenous people on whose land we reside and the Lenape people of South Orange and Maplewood, Happy Thanksgiving!

Marshall Bike Bus
The next Marshall Bike Bus is Friday, December 6th! Join this exciting, new tradition of Marshall families biking to school on Fridays along a predetermined route, with students joining at stops along the way. For more information, follow @marshallbikebus on Instagram, and join the WhatsApp group.
We’re also excited to share that Marshall is getting bike racks to hold up to 36 bikes - perfect timing to support this new Friday tradition!
Cultural Arts Committee
The Cultural Arts Committee is planning another exciting year of assemblies and residencies, and we’d like your help finding artists, performers, cultural organizations, or other guests to bring new assemblies to Marshall School.
