Fundraising at Marshall

Check your student’s backpacks for our Fundraising Roadmap. In it you’ll find exactly when we’re asking for your support throughout the year, and what your donations will fund within our Marshall community. Move-a-thon

This week we launched our biggest fundraiser of the year - the Move-a-thon! Help us reach our $20,000 school-wide goal, which can be done if each student raises at least $35. Donations can be made online HERE through October 27th, and cash donations are welcome via your child’s teacher. Don’t forget to use the Share button to send to family and friends who would like to donate.

Week of Respect School Spirit Days

From October 6th to October 10th, all New Jersey Schools celebrate the "Week of Respect." This is an annual celebration that focuses on teaching students to lead with kindness, compassion and respect. Click here to see how your Owl can participate in school spirit days throughout the week!

Team Unscreen Coffee Chat

Marshall’s Team Unscreen will start parent gatherings on October 10th! Team Unscreen is a local parent group bringing the national conversation about smartphones, social media, and kids’ mental health into our own community. Their goal is to share education, resources, and support that help reduce the pressure for kids to adopt tech too early—while encouraging in-person friendships, creativity, and play! Building on last year’s success, they are hosting a series of small parent-to-parent gatherings. The first session will be on Setting Boundaries for Screen Time, where they’ll share strategies and hear what’s working for other families. Sign up here!

Help Hootie Spread the Word!

Do you know of a family that is new to Marshall and not receiving PTA emails? Please encourage them to email communications@marshall-pta.org. We will forward all PTA communication to them until distribution lists are finalized for the 2025-26 school year. Hootie thanks you!
