Why We Fundraise
Marshall Families Make It Possible
PTA funding brings supplies, assemblies, and experiences to every classroom.
Welcome to another fantastic year at Marshall!
Throughout the year, you'll see PTA funding at work in your child's classroom and across the school — from essential classroom supplies, to school-wide assemblies, to free community events that bring learning to life and our community together.
And thanks to your generosity last year, we're bringing something new to Marshall this spring: a cultural arts residency with Alvin Ailey teaching artists. Every Marshall student will have the chance to explore dance, movement, and creative expression — building confidence, trying something new, and experiencing the joy of performing.
The Marshall PTA is a nonprofit organization of parents, caregivers, and teachers working together to fund educational programs and resources above and beyond what the school district provides. Altogether, we plan to invest approximately $300 per student this school year — and to make that possible for every child at Marshall, we need to raise $160,000.
